CAREER EXPO 2016

The 2016 NM Aviation Aerospace STEM Expo was held on Holloman AFB, in Alamogordo.  We had numerous requests to move our event closer to the southern region of the state due to travel and transportation expense to the event.  We registered 65 exhibitors for the hangar, the Group on base brought another 12 exhibits for the area outside the ramp which included a rocket sled and space telemetry/communication vehicle.  There were 15 private and military aircraft.  This included F-16, T-38, C-130, a Germany Tornado, Huey Helicopter, Aerostar helicopter, MQ-1, and MQ-9 Reaper UAV and several gliders that flew in from Alamogordo.  Attendance was 2,910 students attending with over 4,000 people on site.  Many of the Active Duty personnel also attended the event on their lunch break.
